1. Introduction

Welcome to MijnWerkCheck.nl. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently. This Privacy Policy explains how we process data when you use our AI document analysis tools.

2. Data Collection and Document Processing

When you upload documents (such as employment contracts or payslips) for analysis:

• Secure Transfer & Redaction: Your document is securely transmitted to our server, where a script automatically removes sensitive information (such as BSN and IBAN). The clean text is then sent to the AI, and the original file is immediately deleted from our server.
• No Storage: We do NOT store your documents. All uploaded files, including the temporary redacted versions, are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers immediately after the AI analysis is returned to your screen (typically within 60 seconds).

3. Third-Party Services

To provide our services, we use the Google Gemini API to analyze the text. The data sent to Gemini does not include your BSN or IBAN, as they are removed on our server beforehand. We do not use your data to train our own models.

4. Analytics and Cookies

We use essential cookies strictly necessary for the website to function properly (e.g., to remember your language preference). We do not use invasive tracking cookies or sell your data to advertisers.

5. Your GDPR Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. However, because we do not store your documents, chat history, or personal identifiers after your session ends, there is generally no data for us to retrieve or delete upon request.
